Moni Sheehan - Director, A Spell In Time, Bulgaria

Dear Judie

I am stunned to hear that the Arts Council of Wales proposes to cut CPR's revenue funding.

CPR is a unique theatre resource within the UK, an inspired and inspiring place, drawing on indigenous traditions from different cultures to develop innovative performance for the contemporary world. Its achievements are too numerous to list, but CPR has rightly earned an international reputation for excellence, enriching the cultural life of the local community as well as the international community to which we all now belong.

CPR provides an environment for creative and cultural collaboration on an international level. This is of incalculable value in the war-torn fractured world in which we now live, one positive step forwards towards a better future.

Please use this email to lobby the ACW and all relevant bodies to restore full revenue funding to CPR.

On behalf of A Spell In Time, I wish you every success in overturning the ACW proposal so that CPR can continue its invaluable work.
