In Response to news about the withdrawal of funding from CPR. I am shocked to hear of such a decision and it saddens me that they do not realise the value of the work carried out at CPR to Welsh Theatre. As an Acting Graduate from Bretton Hall I used the library as well as the practical experience provided by workshop programmes at CPR to further my education and since then to support my professional training. I am a Welsh speaking Actor and live in North Wales so the access to such a resource is invaluable. I am strongly against the decision and only hope that it may make a difference.
