Dear Judie and Richard,
Sue Gill and I are appalled to hear of the decision of the Welsh Arts Council. Our experience of CPR goes back to the Grotowski seminar of years ago and we know that for decades you have pushed boundaries with great professionalism and rigor.
Many of the skilled and diverse practitioners you have invited to
teach on your workshops are world authorities on their subjects and it is clear from your current programme that you are maintaining this tradition.
Such work filters into the mainstream and prevents our cultural
institutions becoming predictable and formulaic. It is hard to know
where such originality and stimulation will arise without you.
I do hope you can get this decision reversed.
Good luck with your campaign.
John Fox and Sue Gill.
DEAD GOOD GUIDES.
